10. Hügelland MTB-Trophy mit PumptrackBewerb auf der Lassnitzhöhe

Am Samstag, den 29. April 2017 fand die 10. Hügelland MTB-Trophy mit Pumptrack-Bewerb auf der Lassnitzhöhe statt. Diese 2 Bewerbe zählen heuer zum AYC (Austria Youngsters Cup) und so konnten die Fahrer gleich zweimal punkten. Es nahmen 31 Athleten aus 8 Kärntner Vereinen daran teil.

Die MTB-Strecke war aufgrund der Regenfälle in der vergangenen Woche sehr rutschig aber am Renntag blieben wir vom Regen verschont. Es waren alle Biker gefordert die „Spur“ zu halten, denn einen Downhill im Renntempo zu fahren war nicht möglich, die Reifenprofile machten sehr schnell „zu“ und damit war man eher Passagier als Steuermann!

Der Pumptrack Bewerb war für einige Fahrer ein ganz neues Erlebnis! Am 23. und 24. Juni wird es die Möglichkeit geben eine solche mobile Pumptrack Anlage beim Tag des Sports am Neuen Platz in Klagenfurt zu testen! Leider sind solche oder stationäre Anlagen in Kärnten noch Mangelware!

Bis dato konnten wir außerhalb von Kärnten noch nie ein so starkes Kärntner Starterfeld begrüßen. Erstmalig in dieser Saison war auch der Anteil an ausländischen Startern gering und überschaubar. Damit stellt das eingefahrene Ergebnis auch ein Spiegelbild zur Leistungsklasse unserer AthletInnen in österreich dar.

Es gab zwei getrennte Ergebnisse, jenes des Pumptracks und jenes vom XC (Cross Country). Beim Pumptrack konnten wir gleich drei Podestplätze erreichen. Beim XC hielt erneut eine der derzeit besten Bikerinnen die Kärntner Fahne hoch. Katharina Sadnik fuhr einen Start - Ziel Sieg ein und kann damit ihren Vorsprung im AYC U 15 weiter ausbauen. Sie konnte sich ebenfalls beim Pumptrack einen Podestplatz sichern und darf Ihren beiden Geschwistern gratulieren, die selbst in der U11 in diesem Bewerb jeweils einen Podestplatz erreichten. In der Klasse U 13 hatten wir auch noch einen zweiten Podestplatz durch Eva Herzog im XC zu verzeichnen! Somit hatten wir im AYC (U13 – U17) gleich zwei Podestplätze einfahren!

Im XC ebenfalls am Podest in der U11 Klasse weiblich: Lina Pletzer als Zweite und die Klassensiegerin Theresa Sadnik.

Ränge: 6ter, 7ter & 18ter Gesamt - 21 Starter

Gesamtstarter: 29 in der U11

 

U13: Starter aus Kärnten: Eva, Stefan, Nico, David, Felix und Mathias

Ränge : 2te Gesamt - 15 Starterinnen

Ränge : 7ter, 12ter, 15ter, 17ter und 20ter – 24 Starter

Gesamtstarter: 39 in der U13

 

U15: Starter aus Kärnten: Katharina, Sarah, Johanna, Klara, Annabell, Nicki, Carmen, Simeon, Florian, Killian, Hannes & David

Ränge: 1te, 8te, 10te, 11te, 13te, 14te und 15te –

16 Starterinnen

Ränge: 10ter 15ter, 18ter, 22ter & 23ter – 26 Starter

Gesamtstarter: 42 in der U15

 

U17: Starter aus Kärnten: Laura, Paul, Jonas, Fabina, Levi & Marco

Ränge: 10te – 11 Starterinnen

Ränge: 14ter, 17ter, 19ter, 20ter und 23ter – 27 Starter

Gesamtstarter: 38 in der U17

 

Bereits am kommenden Wochenende steht in Stattegg das traditionelle Bike-Opening am Programm. Hier wird eine Kombination aus Technikstationen mit einem Cross Country Bewerb kombiniert. Wer die Technik nur annähernd beherrscht, hat auch nur ansatzweise eine Chance, um die Podestplätze mitzufahren!
