Sehr geehrte Vereinsobmänner/frauen,
liebe Radsportfunktionäre !
Das Präsidium des Kärntner Landesradsportverbandes sieht sich aus aktuellem Anlass verpflichtet, allen Vereinsobmännern, Vereinsobfrauen und Radsportfunktionären mitzuteilen, daß der LRV aus seinem Leistungszentrumbudget keine Unterstützungen von LRV-Vereinen bzw. Veranstaltungen machen kann. Das gleiche gilt auch für die beiden LRV-Nachwuchscup`s, für die noch um Sponsoren gesucht wird.
Dieser Sachverhalt wurde auch bei beiden Obmännerkonferenzen mitgeteilt, wobei hier nochmals auf das Referat von Hr. Landessportdirektor Reg. Tat Reinhard Tellian verwiesen wird, der diesen Sachverhalt bei der 2. Obmännerkonferenz ganz deutlich zum Ausdruck brachte. In seinen Ausführungen wies er auch darauf hin, dass es österreichweit gleiche Richtlinien gibt, die eine solche Unterstützung aus dem Landesleistungszentrumbudget verbieten.
Sehr wohl brachte er aber zum Ausdruck, dass für Vereine die Möglichkeit besteht, für Veranstaltungen beim Landessportsekretariat um Unterstützung anzusuchen.
Wir möchten aber in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hinweisen, dass der ehemalige Präsident des Kärntner Landesradsportverbandes, Hr. Peter Wrolich seiner Pflicht, die Nachweisungen der widmungsgemäßen Verwendung der Landessubventionen 2012 nur teilweise und 2013 überhaupt nicht nachgekommen ist, jetzt das neue Präsidium das machen muss und damit in große Schwierigkeiten gebracht wurde.
Sollte eine lückenlose Nachweisung nicht gelingen, was derzeit den Anschein hat bzw. einzelne finanzielle Unterstützungen von Vereinen nicht anerkannt werden, muss der LRV die widmungsfremde Verwendung von Landesmitteln zurückzahlen.
Aus diesem Grunde richtet das Präsidium des Kärntner Landesradsportverbandes an alle Funktionäre die Bitte, in dieser für alle schwierigen Situation Zusammenhalt zu zeigen und Ihre zugesagten Nachwuchsveranstaltungen durchzuführen. Selbstverständlich bieten wir jegliche Hilfe in organisatorischen Fragen und bei Vorsprachen bei Hr. Reg. Rat Reinhard Tellian an.
