Lukas Ranacher gewinnt sein zweites österreich-Cuprennen in Schwaz

Schwaz1 Beim österreich – Cup Rennen in Tirol fuhren die Grafensteiner Nachwuchsfahrer beachtliche Erfolge ein. Bei den Mädchen belegte Julia Hilber den vierten und Larissa Ratkic den zehnten Platz. Bei den U17 Fahrern klassierte sich Robin Ratkic als 28-er, zeitgleich mit dem Hauptfeld. Beim Juniorenrennen wurde vom Start weg hohes Tempo gefahren, so das Ausreißversuche, von Daniel Biedermann und Lukas Ranacher nicht von langer Dauer waren. In der dritten von vier Runden, konnten sich Lukas und ein Fahrer aus Purgstall aber doch vom Feld lösen, und einen Vorsprung von 1 Minute herausfahren. Zu Beginn der vierten Runde konnte der Fahrer aus Purgstall das hohe Tempo nicht mehr halten, worauf Lukas knapp 25 km alleine dem Ziel entgegenfuhr. Ca. 1000 m vor dem Ziel wusste Lukas das es sich für seinen 2 ö-Cup Sieg ausgeht, und konnte die letzten Meter genießen. Völlig ausgepumpt aber total glücklich meinte Lukas nach dem Rennen: „Ich bin in der letzten Runde um mein Leben gefahren!“ Daniel Biedermann wurde im Sprint des Hauptfeldes sechster. Alexander Perc kam mit dem Hauptfeld ins Ziel.
Beim Rennen der Amateure zeigte Alexander Gorenschek eindrucksvoll, dass er zu den besten Amateurfahrern österreichs gehört und holte sich nach einem tollen Zielsprint den dritten Platz.
